Creating success in law enforcement is a tough job as it is dealing with unique challenges that are quite unfamiliar to other industries. Dealing with crimes, causalities, conflicts, and more is not at all a job that is suitable for everyone. Due to that reason, making success in the sector is considered as a real challenge. This is where the success of Ronald Fowlkes stands different as he created imaginative success in the law enforcement sector. Currently, he works with Eagle Industries Unlimited – a firm that has products and solution for homeland security, military, and law enforcement – as its Business Development Manager.
Fowlkes works in the law enforcement wing of the firm and takes care of a number of responsibilities including production education to a team of more than 150 salespeople, product selection to facilitate development process and sale, and connecting with customers nationwide. Interestingly, Ronald Fowlkes has collaborated with the United States Army in Iraq as a Contractor of Department of Defense while he was employed with JIEDDO. During the period, he took the responsibilities of dismounted and mounted infantry operations on the battlefield. Ronald Fowlkes was also actively involved in the training of the military personals of the U.S. Army in tactical operations, post-blast screening and analysis, CQB and hostage rescue, tactical interrogation of captured culprits or individuals, evidence collection, and more.
Interestingly, Fowlkes carry an experience of more than 13 years in law enforcement. He worked almost ten years as part of Metropolitan Police of Department of St. Louis and three years as part of the County Police Department of St. Louis. Interestingly, his exposure also includes collaborating with the HRT team of St. Louis Metropolitans. His expert and unique service in addressing the needs of law enforcement and its challenges helped him to be promoted to the team leader role in the year 2003. Later, Fowlkes became a certified trainer in defensive tactics, shoot house, SWAT/URBAN warfare tactics, and tactical rifle. He was also responsible for over 250 high-risk entries every year and dealt with hostage incidents and barricaded subjects.
Additionally, he and the team was responsible for making self-started investigations into unlawful gun possession, gang activities, trafficking of narcotics in violent neighborhoods, and more. Interestingly, he also took care of the Civil Disobedient Team and WMD Response Team. Ronald Fowlkes also has experience in serving the country as part of the U.S. Marine Corps during 1989-1993. He got promoted two times during the period and was a veteran during the 1st Gulf War. He completed his Marine Battle Training from the Marine Corps School of Infantry while he was part of the force. Fowlkes also did ANGLICO basic course, and Basic Engineer course and Navy-Marine Force Parachute Insignia. He also attended U.S. Army Parachute School.
